Welcome to our Safety Division!

We provide safety training in the classroom, on-site, or through webinars. We also provide toolbox training topics for your specific company needs. We can perform safety audits, accident prevention plans, job safety/hazard analysis, root cause analysis/investigations of accidents, and help you navigate OSHA’s long lists of regulations that can affect your company.
 

The Safety Audit is a structured process whereby information is collected relating to the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of the total health and safety management system of your company with a complete report provided with suggested improvements.

The Accident Prevention Plan is a written plan that outlines your company’s policies on work place hazards. Hazard prevention makes good business sense. We determine the problem areas and apply solutions to reduce or eliminate hazards. We provide a detailed safety orientation for your employees so they understand the possible hazards of their particular job and how to work safely.

A Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is a written procedural guideline which helps integrate accepted safety and health principles and practices into a particular task or job operation. In a JSA, each basic step of the job is to identify potential hazards and to recommend the safest way to do the job.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a systematic process for identifying “root causes” of problems or events and an approach for responding to them. RCA is based on the basic idea that effective management requires more than merely “putting out fires” for problems that develop, but finding a way to prevent them.
